- STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) CDRL A001 CAV AF (COMMERCIAL ASSET VISIBILITY AIR FORCE) CDRL A002 GIDEP (GOVERNMENT INDUSTRY DATA EXCHANGE PROGRAM ALERT/SAFE ALERT REPORT NSN(s)/Part Number(s)/Noun: 5998-01-076-5446JX/BH21239-1/CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY Quantity: 3 EA Options I-IV 1-3 EA Subject: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement for the commercial repair of the aforementioned NSN/PN/Noun and will include the basic and four option periods; Shipping Destination: (SW3119) Robins Air Force Base. Technical data is NOT available for this acquisition and market research has not supported a small business set-aside. Delivery schedule: 30 Days ARO Reparable Assets. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Issue date of combined synopsis/solicitation is 28 July 2014 with a response date due by 12 August 2014. All responsible sources may submit a quote. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Howell Instruments, Inc. CAGE 98869 under FAR Authority of 6.302-1, Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. provisions and clauses apply. The requirement will be added to an existing Howell commercial contract for purposes of streamlining the acquisition. The following FAR 12 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: a. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. b. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 52.212.2, Paragraph A (Evaluation Criteria in order of importance) is as follows: 1.) Price Only c. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. d. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. e. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
