- SOLE SOURCE NOTICE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES Altus AFB has a requirement for Monaco D-21 in-station tone alerting system. Altus AFB Fire Protection Flight presently utilizes Monaco Enterprises fire alarm receiving equipment in the communication center. Monaco is the sole provider of this system and maintains all the proprietary rights to the system. Interested parties may e-mail ricky.day@us.af.mil or fax to (580) 481-7247, Attn: Ricky Day. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
