- AMENDMENT 0002 (ISSUED 7/28/14): This is an amendment to the original solicitation to change the price schedule to remove doors #18 and 21, and build in an optional price column for Offeror to provide a price for repair as the base bid, and an optional price for total replacement of a door (including operator and hardware) if the poor condition of the door warrants replacement (refer to the revised price schedule for full details). Revise Price Schedule is attachment no. 6 to this solicitation. Site visit notes, including Q&A is attachment no. 7. And lastly, should the Offeror choose to submit an option price for complete replacement of a door (including operator and hardware), then refer to Attachment no. 8, Garage Door Specs, which shall be considered brand-name-or-equal specs. Amendment 1 changed the response date to August 1, 2014. That will remain the same for Amendment 2. Quotes are due Friday, August 1, 2014. AMENDMENT 0001 (Issued 7/17/14): Extended response date; changed from Friday, July 18, 2014 to Friday, August 1, 2014.
