- SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: This is a Sources Sought request for information to be used for market research purposes, only. The Government is conducting market research to assist in determining the appropriate solution to meet the Government's requirements. The Government is seeking responses from all businesses capable of providing the solution or has knowledge of the industry. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE or PROPOSAL. Responses to this announcement are not considered quotes or offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will not be used for evaluation in any resultant solicitation for this requirement. The government shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred in response to this sources sought announcement. Participation is strictly voluntary. This notice will close 4 August 2014 at 1000 AM EST. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, has a requirement for standard support of the following equipment: F5-BIG-LTM-6900-F-R, appliance SN f5-tflb-eena; F5-ADD-BIG-ACA, appliance SN f5-tflb-eena; F5-BIG-LTM-6900-F-R, appliance f5-ziuk-bgzv; F5-ADD-BIG-ACA, appliance SN f5-ziuk-bgzv; F5-BIG-LTM-6900-F-R, appliance SN f5-yclz-uoyc; F5-ADD-BIGASM-6900B, appliance SN f5-yclz-uoyc; F5-ADD-BIG-ACA, appliance SN f5-yclz-uoyc; and F5-BIG-ASM-1600-4G, appliance SN f5-itos-jgqz. Support shall include remote assistance both online and over the phone, proactive support for planned maintenance, advance RMA replacement, software upgrades, and help with F5 iRules. The Government anticipates that this service can be provided under F5-SVC-BIG-STD-L1-3, BIG-IP SERVICE: STANDARD, (LEVEL 1-3). Respondents shall provide a description of their capability to meet the anticipated requirement including other possible solutions. Feedback on this requirement is encouraged. The anticipated NAICS is 811212 with a Small Business Size Standard of $27.5 Million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Please review the requirements listed below. At a minimum, the package shall address the following: 1. Title of the requirement, Company Name, Address, and POC. 2. Company profile to include DUNS number/CAGE Code, and a statement regarding current small business status to include small business type(s)/certification(s) such as: SDB, 8a, HubZone, SDVOB, etc. 3.
