- RESERVED FOR PWD MAINE MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT II ONLY Project includes the overall design effort and the execution of major renovation/construction of offices/conference spaces and rest rooms along with improvements to the mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems. Repair/upgrades to the building envelope include new insulation and repairs to windows, roof and siding to improve the structure ™s energy efficiency. Upon completion of B159 renovations and relocation of personnel building 158 will be razed and the area paved or loamed and seeded.
