- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number L14PS00838 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of July 18, 2014 and close date of August 6, 2014. The solicitation document ant incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 05-25. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 237310 and a size standard of 36.5 million; Product Service Code (PSC) 5680- Miscellaneous Construction Materials. The BLM New Mexico Farmington Field Office has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for Gabion Baskets to be furnished in accordance with the specifications below. Specifications Gabion baskets, filter fabric, hog rings: 12'X3'X3' 80 Each 9'x3'x3' 12 Each 6'x3'x3' 80 Each 12'x3'x1.5' 25 Each 9'x3'x1.5' 20 Each 6'x3'x1.5' 25 Each 12'x3'x1' 10 Each 9'x3'x1' 10 Each 6'x3'x1' 10 Each Nonwoven filter fabric (15'x360) 5 Rolls Hog Rings (25 lb. box) 1 Box Please see attachment two (2) for specifications. To be delivered and unloaded at Cuba, NM. See attached map for delivery location. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
