Original submittal for existing roofing material Original stamped roofing plans Additional drawing for concrete apron Project - Facility repairs at the White Mountain National Forest Administrative Complex, 71 White Mountain Drive, Campton, NH 03223 Description - Redesign of Office building metal roof section, repair ice damage, and install roof heat. Install catwalk system in the Boiler House. Remove concrete apron in front of the Warehouse and install an underdrain and replace the apron with a heated apron. Scope - estimate of cost is between $25,000-$100,000. Timing - Work to be completed prior to winter season. Bonding - There would be a requirement for a payment bond for 100% of contract price upon award. There will be a pre-bid meeting at the site on July 21, 2014 at 10am ET. This acquisition is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only. All SDVOSB's wishing to submit an offer must be registered in www.sam.gov. Obtaining a DUNS number and registering in SAM are free. All solicitation materials will be uploaded to this site on or around July 3, 2014. This includes work specifications, drawings, wage determinations, and all information needed in order to submit an offer. Additional information provided and offer due date is extended until August 8, 2014 at 4:30 pm ET.
