- COMMUNITY CENTER ROOF REPAIRS, CRATER LAKE NATIONAL PARK, KLAMATH COUNTY, OREGON. The National Park Service at Crater Lake National Park, located within Klamath County, Oregon has a requirement for repairs to the roof of Building 222, Community Center. The work of this project includes, but is not limited to the removal of approximately 750 SF of temporary roofing, replacement of damaged roof decking, installation of rigid insulation, and replacement of the roof membrane and associated flashings. The North American Industry classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238160. The small business size standard is $15 million. All work will be performed under a single, fixed price contract. Per the requirements of FAR 36.204, the project range is estimated to be less than $25,000.
