- Updated draft PWS dtd 28 Jul 14 attached ------------------------ Army Contracting Command-New Jersey is issuing this Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for Electronic Security System maintenance services to be performed at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, NY. This is planned as a 1-year base period and three 1-year option periods. Target start date is 6 Sep 14. This RFI is to identify potential contractors for this requirement. Contractor shall provide all transportation, fuel, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform electronic security system maintenance services at the location listed above and in strict accordance with the final Performance Work Statement. Pricing shall be inclusive of all fuel surcharges and any other fees or charges. The required services are provided in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement/DRAFT line item structure. This RFI is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. Responses to this RFI should not exceed three (3) pages. The designated NAICS Code is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5M. Please include any additional terms and/or conditions that might be included in a contract between commercial entities which may differ or not be included in the DRAFT Statement of Work. Responses are to be submitted to Lorraine Carruba at Lorraine.m.carruba.civ@mail.mil by close of business 31 July 2014.
