- Wage Determination FAR Clauses Contractor's Request for Clarification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for service prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG29-14-Q-XJD221. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This acquisition is Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334511. The Small Business Size Standard is 750. REQUIREMENT Advanced course to train 02 USCG technicians on the maintenance of the PRO 4 ROV to include: fault diagnosis, disassembly, repair, reassembly, handling, testing, replacing sensitive internal components, isolation of failed components in internal systems and conducting bench repairs. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The government proposes to solicit for the above service requirement. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses are included in this order and are applicable. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with (SAM) System for Award Management at www.SAM.gov.
