- NETSCOUT SYSTEM PRODUCTS This is to procure NetScout system products for integrated computer network performance management tool. This effort is to provide integrated computer network performance management products, to include packet Sniffer and nGenius packet flow recorder, on all 1st Signal Brigade network equipment installed and fielded throughout Korea. There are no other efforts to integrate computer network performance products: only this contract.
