- BORESIGHTS SPECS The synopsis is being posted the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure the following: Qty 2 - 7.62mm & 25mm Video Boresights Kits in accordance with the attached technical specifications. Award will be made with delivery being the first determing factor and cost being the second. Delivery to NSWC Dahlgren is required by 10 September 2014. Please ensure that the delivery date that has been set forth will be adhered to because it will be a factor in the evaluation of award. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA 22448. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in the synopsis. Quote is due By 0900 a.m. (EST time) on 01 August 2014. Quotes may be submitted by Email in Microsoft Word or Adobe pdf format to kimberly.curtin@navy.mil or by Fax to: 540-653-0592.
