- THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Army to identify potential Hubzone sources for a small business-manufactured large parcel X-Ray Scanning System for the Post Office, and if this effort can be competitive or a Small Business or Hubzone Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334519 which has a corresponding Size Standard of 500 employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement, including whether a small business or Hubzone set-aside is possible. The Government is interested in Hubzone businesses that can provide one (1) small business-manufactured large parcel X-Ray Scanning System. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status and the name and small business status of the manufacturer of the small business-manufactured Large Parcel X-Ray Scanning System carried, to the identified NAICS code. General Requirements: Contractor shall ship, deliver, install, provide standard warranty and operator training for one (1) Large Parcel X-Ray Scanning System, to include: 140kV 115/230V Monitor (stand alone or part of the machine) Keyboard System Dimentions: Must not exceed L - 112 quote mark, H - 60 quote mark, and W: 42 quote mark Portal/Tunnel Dimensions: Must not exceed H - 30 quote mark, W - 22 quote mark Must load at waist Targets and Identifies Explosives Automatic Image Archiving System Density Threshold Alert (Automatic Marking of Suspicious Objects) Determination of Organic Materials Operator Training Program Dongle Key 1.0M Rollerbed w/pop-up roller and backstop - Plastic Rollers Footmat and FDA label Freight Charges - dock to dock Installation and Basic Operator instruction Warranty - One (1) year parts and labor on entire system from date of shipment (13 months total) Must comply with US Code of Federal Reulations for ionizing radiation-emitting products
