- The goal of the Resilience Learning Project is mutual learning and knowledge management among strategic partners, leading to a supportive policy environment and increased impacts of programming on drought resilience and growth. These objectives must be advanced through five intermediate results: 1) Resilience-enhancing technologies and innovations disseminated; 2) Models for integrating humanitarian and development assistance developed and tested; 3) Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation (CLA) approach catalyzed; 4) Knowledge management capacity of regional, national, and local institutions strengthened; and 5) Gender issues that are key to resilience and growth incorporated at all levels.
