- NOTICE: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI), A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATION ONLY. IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 12, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES AND THERE WILL BE NO CONTRACT AWARD FROM THIS RFI. THERE WILL BE NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFI OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS RFI IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. Requirement: The Government is seeking information from vendors about installing stage curtains in the First Sergeant Academy Auditorium on the Maxwell-Gunter Annex in Montgomery, Alabama: Description of Requirement Quantity Stage Curtains - 12 feet high X 15 feet wide 2 Each Stage Curtain Valances - 2 feet high X 30 feet wide 1 Each Stage Curtain skirt - 3 feet high X 30 feet wide 1 Each Installation of new curtains and removal of current curtains 1 Each Interested concerns experienced in stage and/or theater equipment sales are requested to furnish the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, voice and fax telephone numbers and e-mail address. (2) Type of business, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business, large business, etc.), under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238990, which contains a size standard of $15M, CAGE Code and DUNS Number. (3) Provide an explaination how the company can meet the Government's auditorium requirements. E-mail responses to this request for information are preferred.
