- SOW This is a combined/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is NIH-OLAO-OD3-3147637, and the solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-74). This acquisition will be processed as a fixed price requirement and is a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541611, and the small-business size standard is $14.0 million. A contractor is needed to provide project and contract support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives in and Office of Acquisitions. Some of the tasks/services that need to be provided are to prepare, create and edit spreadsheets, presentations and charts, input acquisition data into the Departmental Contracts Information System (DCIS) through the NIH Acquisitions System, and prepare purchase requests for office supplies, office equipment and services. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further tasks of this requirement and evaluation criteria. The period of performance will be a (6) six month base period, with one (6) month option period.
