- Amendment 3 AMEMDMENT 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to remove paragraph 5.7 from Statement of Work, add FAR Clause 52.222-99 and extend closing date AMENDMENT 2 - The purpose of this amendment is provide responses to questions. As a result changes have been made to the RFQ. All changes have been highlighted to indicate change. The closing date and time have been extended to 3:00 PM on 16 July 2014. AMENDMENT 1- The purpose of this modification is to: Extend solicitation closing date by two weeks to allow time to respond to vendor questions. All quoters are required to submit complete quote packages in accordance with the Instructions to Quoters section of the Request For Quotes (RFQ). Quoters must submit a complete quote package even if they have previously submitted a package for previous solicitations for the position. Quoters should pay particular attention to the details and requirements within the Instructions to Quoters and Statement of Work section of the RFQ. This is a synopsis for a non-personal service contract for Protestant Director of Religious Education at Marine Corps Air Station, New River, NC. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. This solicitation is SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The associated NAICS code is 813110. The size standard is $7.0 Million. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) registration database at the time the RFQ closes. Lack of registration in the SAM will make quoters ineligible for award. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at Federal Business Opportunities, www.FBO.gov, on or about 4 June 2014. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System For Award Mangement (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at https://wawf.eb.mil/. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. It is the Government's intention to issue a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract in accordance with FAR 16.504. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the best value to the government. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. Quotes related to this RFQ shall be received by the Contracting Department by the date and time indicated on the solicitation to be considered for award. The information submitted shall be clear and legible (Note: repetitively copied data loses its clarity and legibility.) Quotes may be submitted via email to glenn.mayberry@usmc.mil; via USPS to Commanding General, Attn: Contracting Department, P.O. Box 8368, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547-8368; or via hand delivery/courier (UPS, FEDEX, Etc.) to Contracting Department, Bldg 1116, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542. It is solely the Contractor's responsibility to ensure quotes are received within the required timeframe. Quotes will not be accepted by facsimile.
