- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis to Routing Solution, LLC, 1335 Mountain View Road, Stafford, VA 22554 for the following items: (6) each - Fit Router Kit Generation 3; (12) each Fit Router (8 Gig Ram 250 Gg SSD, 6GigE Ports); (12) each of the Fit Router OS; (6) each of the Transport cases; (14) each Spare Fit routers; 14) each Fit router OS license; (26) each Software/Hardware support for one year. This is a turnkey system that has to be compatible with the FBI's current equipment. This is a One-Time Buy contract. All incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 423430. Routing Solution, LLC is the only source available to meet the FBI's requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If any interested party would like to be considered for award, please submit a written statement indicating your interest as well as a brief corporate capability that supports legal rights and unique technical qualifications and experience to fulfill this requirement by 3:00 pm on July 31, 2014 to Mabel Comfort, Contracting Officer, at mabel.comfort@ic.fbi.gov. The place of performance: is Quantico, VA 22135. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon responses received and is at the discretion of the Government. If no competitive responses are received, an award will be made to Routing Solution, LLC. The Government reserves the right o award without discussion
