Description

The procurement is to provide Technical Representative Service for ship ™s service and cooling pump turbine generators during steaming. Place of performance is Puget Sound Naval Shipyard from 10 September 2014 to 20 September 2014 at Bremerton, WA 98314. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
