- Clauses and Provisions (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 14-235-SOL-00020 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. (iv) This acquisition is not set aside. The NAICS code is 812930 and the size standard is $35,500,000. (v) There is only 1 contract line item which is to provide 41 parking spaces. (vi) The contractor shall provide 41 parking spaces within 3 city blocks of 650 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814. (vii) The period of performance is September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2015. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition (attached). (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition (attached). (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer (attached). (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition (attached). (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition (attached). (xiii) All contract clauses and provisions are attached to this synopsis/solicitation. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) do not apply to this acquisition.
