- Solicitation for NSN 5895-01-597-6213 / Interface Unit, Communication Equipment. The total quantity of 4 each. A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a firm fixed Price. No quantity option. This is a non-critical item. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. This item is sole source to Chelton, Inc. (cage: 63563), P/N 60-141-319-02. FOB: Origin - Do not add transportation charges. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB: Origin, Governemtn ARranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Originiating Outside the contifguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www/dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in rthe Request for Proposal (RFP).
