- Solicitation SF1449 NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR QUOTE. WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR QUOTE, ADDRESS ALL REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW AND ALL ATTACHMENTS. This requirement is unrestricted. The Government will only consider items for evaluation of quotes that meet all requirements listed below. ITEM01: Chair, Task-Multifunction Ergonomic, Brand Name or Equal to MFR: Sauder, Part Num: 702-0651 Description: Easily converts into a floor rocker with table/stool unit -Five star base multi-functional task chair without arms, 360 swivel-tilt, tilt lock control, adjustable tilt tension and height adjustment function - Mechanism constructed of 12 gauge steel or better, electro-coated for corrosion resistance, with a maintenance-free pneumatic cylinder and hard surface casters which will accommodate a minimum of 175 pounds -Frame and table top to be constructed of injection-molded co-polymer polypropylene. Seat padding shall be custom molded, contoured high-density polyurethane foam 1-5/8 thick minimum. Upholstered panels shall be removable with tamper resistant fasteners for easy cleaning/replacement -Upholstery shall be vinyl, minimum of 140,000 double rubs, (Basis of design examples include Maharam Lariat, Valley Forge Amani, or equal) -Green Guard certified, PVC, PBDE and POP Free, 100% polyurethane with 100% rayon backing, resistant to temperature change, stiffening and cracking) -Meet CA bulletin 117 Class 1 Fire Codes, exceed 200,000 double rubs on the Wyzenbeek abrasion test - Cleanable with mild soap and water - Color: Black -Chair shall be fully assembled Manufacturers warranty minimum 10 years. A Statement of Work is provided in Attachment#1, which provides a description of the installation that is required for this request. ITEM03: Delivery to Camp Lejeune, NC 28542 This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. The manufacturer's name and part/model number have been provided to describe equipment deemed capable of satisfying the Government's requirement. Further, the manufacturer names and part numbers are provided only to assist potential offerors in understanding the Government's requirement. The Government is not soliciting or suggesting a particular name brand and will consider quotes for any products of similar size, color, design, and quality as the products listed. The manufacturers name and part/model number provided in this RFQ are intended to describe equipment capable of satisfying the Governments requirement. The manufacturers name and part numbers are provided only to assist potential quoters in understanding the Governments requirement. The Government is not soliciting or suggesting a particular name brand and will consider quotes for products of the same design and quality as the product listed. Brand Name or Equal request.
