- BLM has a requirement for electrical supplies. Please see Schedule of Items for list. The Schedule of Items must be completed in it's entirety and returned with the quote package. Delivery shall be to: 99 23rd Avenue West, Suite A, Dickinson, ND 58601. Delivery must be made no later than 20 days of receiving award. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $150,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 335999. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is 500. Prospective contractors must be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on SAM can be found online at www.sam.gov. Any questions regarding this solicitation MUST be submitted in writing at least three business days before closing to the Contracting Officer at rundlin@blm.gov.
