- This revised pre-solicitation notice is for the procurement of Motorola XTS4000 Portable ASTRO Digital 380-470MHz Radios, Parts & Equipment in support of the 701st Military Police (MP) Group Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. The pending solicitation number will be W15QKN-14-R-0183. This action will be full and open competition. The pending award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The delivery period for the radios shall be within 30 days after receipt of award. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220, size standard of 750 employees. All representations and certifications to include provision of Dun & Bradstreet number are to be returned with the quote. Dun and Bradstreet information can be found by calling (800)-333-0505. All contractors who intend to provide quote must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and the online representation and certification application (OCRA) must be activated. Registration for SAM may be viewed online at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The solicitation will be posted on or around 28 July 2014 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The actual quote submission due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45. It is the responsibility of the vendor/contractor who intends to provide a quote to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
