- Description
- The Department of Justice has a requirement for a contractor to replace panels on an HVAC system. The award will be made to a vendor under the General Services Administration's Federal Supply Contracts (FSS). It is anticipated that if any of the vendors offer open market items as part of satisfying the requirement, the award will be made to one of the FSS vendors inclusive of the open market items. There will not be any consideration to purchase the open market items separate from the FSS award. This is not a request for quotations and no solicitation will be issued for the open market items.
