- This is a subcontracting opportunity with Management and Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Flint Hills Job Corps Center (FHJCC). Please accept this as your invitation to attend our pre-bid meeting for renovation services at FHJCC located at 4620 Eureka Dr., Manhattan, KS 66503. The meeting will be conducted on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, 2014 at 10:00 am(CST) with bids due on Monday,August 25, 2014 at 3:00pm (CST) The attached "Construction Bid Package (CBP)" contains the requirements of the project. 　The Davis Bacon Wage Schedule, W-9 and MTC Vendor Self-Certification forms are provided for your convenience. All forms, references and bid breakout (if required) must be returned with our Bid for Lump Sum Contract (page 2 of the CBP) in order to be deemed responsive. Please pay close attention to the "Instructions to Bidder" as outlined as part of the CBP.　 MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids.　 MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final. MTC may elect to award contract on a per deficiency basis.
