- ****Amendment 1 issued on 07/24/14**** ****Please refer to the attached amendment document W81XWH-14-T-0342-0001**** Solicitation W81XWH-14-T-0342 Issue Date: 17 July 2014 Close Date: 18 August 2014, 1400 Eastern Time Please refer to the attached solicitation W81XWH-14-T-0342. Objective The objective of this requirement is to purchase a Wireless - Point of Use (POU) System to be installed at various Ft. Lee. This solicitation is posted as a brand name or equal requirement. The brand name system in this solicitation is the PickPoint intelePharmacy WCS-1400 (Will Call System) and PickPoint brand name Accessories. All brand name or equal quotes shall satisfy and comply with all the Minimal Essential Characteristics (MEC's) which are provided in the Statement of Need (SON). Quotes shall be prepared in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. All Quotes shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2. Due to the difficulties in receipt of mail through normal postal services, quotes shall be sent via e-mail to the Point of Contact (POC) for this solicitation, Roman Laterza, at roman.e.laterza.civ@mail.mil. The Offeror is responsible for ensuring receipt by the POC. Questions shall be submitted to the POC; Roman Laterza at roman.e.laterza.civ@mail.mil, no later than 23 July 2014, 1400 Eastern Time. Follow-up additional questions will not be accepted after this date. Questions and answers will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation. Quotes are due 18 August 2014, 1400 Eastern Time. Quotes shall provide a price for ALL items listed. Your submission should include two separate parts: a Price submission and a Non-Price submission consisting of technical information. The technical information submitted must describe the offeror's capabilities to provide supplies and services provided in the Statement of Need. The supplies and services recommended by the contractor will be evaluated in how they satisfy all of the Minimal Essential Characteristics provided in the Statement of Need in the Solicitation. All quotes submitted with equivalent supplies must provide a matrix that directly points back to all MEC's. The Non-Price submission shall be submitted in MS Word or searchable PDF format. The Price submission shall be submitted in MS Word or MS Excel 2000 or higher, but not greater than MS Word or MS Excel 2003 format. The firewall utilized by the Government contracting office does not authorize or accept zip files. Quotes shall include all delivery and installation charges for CLIN 0001. Requested delivery date can be found in the Delivery Schedule of the solicitation. Please include CAGE Code and DUNS number. Contractors shall be aware of the difference between Not Separately Priced (NSP) versus Zero. NSP means the Government is being charged for this service or supply; however it is included in the overall price and not separately priced. Zero means the Government is not being charged for this service or supply; however the Government is still receiving this service or supply for zero dollars.
