- PR 0054184482 for NSN 1560-01-566-1736, the Boeing Company, Cage 82918, P/N 520-14431-6, Parts Kit, Fuselage. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this NSN. Configuration Control applies. Solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 45 each and delivery 485 days. The issue date is on or around 08/08/2014, and the closing date is on or around 09/08/2014. This solicitation is unrestricted utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEMs Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offers must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
