- FedEx has the ability to deliver throughout the business day (until 1600 CDT) but they are required to have a vehicle inspection, at a different location on Tinker AFB, for every delivery. Based on this, the mailroom stated they usually only deliver once a day. I suggest you contact FedEx to ensure delivery will be timely.
