- RFP Comments and Responses 24Jul2014 Attachment 5 Instructions to Offerors Amend 002 24Jul2014 Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement Amend 002 24Jul2014 Model Contract Amend 002 24Jul2014 Responses to comments submitted on 23 July 2014 are hereby attached. Additionally, the following administrative changes have been made in response to the comments: 1. Attachment 5, table on page 7: "7.3.2" has been deleted. 2. Attachment 5, page 2, paragraph 1: corrected spelling to "discrete". 3. Attachment 5, Section 6.1, corrected 3-sigma reference to "99.73%". 4. Compliance Document, ISO 27000/02 tailoring: language from 1.3 is moved to 1.2. 5. Compliance Document ISO 27000/27002, Section b 1.3: a. "Software" is added before "Development Systems". b. "confidentiality = medium, integrity = high, availability = high" is deleted. 6. Model Contract, SMC/LR-H014: updated citation to "41 USC 4505".
