- This attachment is the actual soliciation. Please fill out and return. All offers are due NLT 2pm CST on the 25th of Aug 2014. This is a combined synopsis/solciation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being reuqested. A copy of the written solicitation is attached. Personel will be expected to cordinate programs and religious education for the Offutt AFB Chapel Catholic parish. The coordinator helps recruit, train, and place volunteers in service to the Catholic community. See Attachment for all applicable clauses and provisions.
