- This notice is being placed for informational purposes only - This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The U.S. General Services Administration (Mid-Atlantic Region 3) plans to issue a BPA call against an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) BPA#: GS-10E-0122J/GS-03P-11­- DX-A-0024 to develop a study to survey and characterize the presence of the Northern Long Eared Bat (NLEB) on land pertaining to the development of the Revised FASTC Master Plan to support the U.S. Department of State, Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC) project site acquisition in Fort Pickett, Virginia. This opportunity is only available to the current BPA contractor.
