- THIS SOLICITATION IS CANCELLED PER: General Services Administration (GSA) has reviewed the Federal Business Opportunities website, FEDBIZOPPS.GOV. The solicitation for Sprinter buses must be canceled immediately. GSA is the mandatory source of supply for procurement of all new commercially available motor vehicles for the NPS. In accordance with the 41CFR 101-26.5, requirements for motor vehicles, which include buses, must be satisfied under the existing GSA standardized buying programs.
