- This opportunity is only available to Small Business. The USFWS has a requirement for Aerial Herbicide Application at the Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge in Plush, OR (Lake County). Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. A pre-bid site visit is not scheduled.
