- Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to analyze the type of scale/debris build up and determine if brushing, with or without chemicals, is required to clean the condenser barrels (tubes) of both chillers. A site visit is required prior to providing a quote. The site visit will be conducted on Thursday 7/31/2014 at 8:30am HI Standard Time. Location of chillers - Bldg 517 Bonney Loop, Fort Shafter, HI 96858. The solicitation will be posted to ASFI.
