- Past Performance Survey SOW RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DJF-14-1200-Q-0000157 and it is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement will be solicited as a total small business set aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-74. The applicable North American Industry Classification System NAICS) code is 519190, Security Systems Services and the size standard is $27.5 million. The Federal Bureau of Investigation, Operational Support Contracts Unit, Chantilly, VA intends to establish a single award, firm-fixed price type contract for Security Camera Equipment. A description of the service required is attached to this RFQ and is labeled as Statement of Work. Evaluation and Award Methodology: Acquisition of services will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to base award determination on the offer that provides the best value to the Government. Quoters are advised that the Contracting Officer will verify registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of any contract, by entering the potential awardee DUNS number into each database. Failure to complete the registration will result in elimination from consideration for award. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS: ***Quotations must be received no later than 10:00a.m. EDT on Wednesday, August 4, 2014. The anticipated date of award will be approximately August 12, 2014.*** Quotations will only be accepted by email. All quotations must be sent in.pdf, or.docx format only to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Brian Chrostowski at brian.chrostowski@ic.fbi.gov and the Contract Specialist, Mr. Michael Parsons at michael.parsons@ic.fbi.gov. Include the following in your subject line: Quotations submitted in response to DJF-14-1200-Q-0000157. Quotations must include all documentation to support quoter's ability to provide the requested serivce. Quote MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of RFQ. **Questions regarding this requirement must be emailed to the Contractin Officer, brian.chrostowski@ic.fbi.gov and Contract Specialist, michael.parsons@ic.fbi.gov no later than 10:00a.m. EDT on Wednesday, July 30, 2014.
