- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. DJF-14-1800-PR-0006675. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-75. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 423430 with a small business standard of 100 employees. This requirement is a Total small business set-aside and only qualified Offerors may submit a quote. The government is interested in purchasing the following items: One (1) network dongle for thirty (30) seats of Internet Evidence Finder (IEF) v6 software, with 1 year software maintenance support. This is a One -Time buy. The Government contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for Brand Name Only. The software must be compatible with the current software that the FBI currently owns. The FOB - Destination is Quantico, VA 22135. The government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the government - lowest price technically acceptable. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition: Provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial ( APR 2014); Provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (May 2014); Clause 52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (May 2014); To view the clauses and provisions in full text, please visit website http://www.acqnet.gov/far. All quotes shall be clearly marked with RFQ DJF-14-1800-PR-0010301 and shall be submitted to: mabel.comfort@ic.fbi.gov no later than July 31, 2014, 3:00 PM ET. Offerors are hereby notified that if your quote is not received by the date/time above, it will be considered late. All Offerors must be registered in the System for Award management.
