- NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 Entitled Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. The solicitation number is VA786-14-Q-0274 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. This is a 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns and the associated NAICS code is 333111. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide one (1) each Kubota RTVX1100CW-H Utility Vehicle equipped cab heat and air, 4 wheel drive, hydraulic dump bed, front headlights with turn signal and hazard lights, factory spray on bed liner and grill guard. All quotes must include all freight and shipping costs. No other solicitation will be issued in response to this announcement. This announcement will serve as both synopsis and solicitation. Quotes in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation are due July 31, 2014 by 2:00PM MT and shall be emailed to Geraldine.Herrera@va.gov. Purchase order award will be made to the quoter/offeror whose quote is responsive, and offers the lowest overall aggregate price to perform the minimum quantities as specified in this announcement. Delivery will be made thirty to forty five (30-45) calendar days from receipt of purchase order award. The place for delivery is the Fort Gibson National Cemetery, 1423 Cemetery Road, Fort Gibson Oklahoma, 74434. Questions regarding this announcement shall be emailed to Purchasing Agent, Ms. Geraldine Herrera at (303) 914-5703. The deadline for receipt of questions is July 26, 2014, 2:00PM MT. Questions can be emailed to Ms. Herrera at Geraldine.Herrera@va.gov. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible to receive purchase order award. In addition, SDVOSB concerns must be registered and have an active account in www.vetbizregitery.gov to be eligible to receive an award. All questions requiring subject announcement shall be directed to the attention of Ms. Geraldine Herrera, Purchasing Agent (303) 914-5703. Quotes failing to provide a price for all items may be considered non-responsive and excluded consideration for possible award.
