- Approved Solicitation attachment. Added 24 July 2014: 1. See Attachment (FA3047-14-R-0005) 2. Clarification: A site visit will be held at Joint Base Lackland (JBSA LAK) on 29 July 2014 to start promptly at 9:00 AM CST at 502d Contracting Squadron, Building 5450, 1655 Selfridge Avenue. Please, park on the parking lot South-end of bldg. 5450 and be ready to board the bus 20 minutes before 9:00 AM CST and sign-in on the attendance sheet. The site visit should be concluded by 4:30 PM. All costs associated with attending the pre-proposal conference shall be borne by the offeror. ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE URGED TO ATTEND THIS SITE VISIT. If a contractor is not at the designated start location below by 9:00 AM, there will not be a future site visit. Directions from the Selfridge West gate to 1655 Selfridge Avenue, JBSA Lackland, TX 78236; Enter through the Selfridge West gate to Selfridge Avenue (currently closed); take a left on George Avenue then a Right on Arizona Street. There is a parking lot on your left hand side, park there. Bldg. 5450 is at the corner of Selfridge Avenue and Barnes Avenue. Proceed to the back entrance; there is a picnic table under the overhang to the door. A Government vehicle will be provided for transportation. 3. Remove Draft Soliciation attachment.
