- Amendment to change the IFB Closing date, due date of electronic bids and delivery due date. This is a supply and deliver contract for electrical wire cable for switch gear project. This is an all or nothing invitation for bid. Partial pricing will be rejected as non responsible. The AOC will award a single contract to the lowest price responsible offeror. The IFB and any subsequent amendments will be in electronic format only and will be available for download on jthe Federal Business Opportunityties website (www.fbo.gov). Offerors shall address any/all questions in writing to Anthony Rowell, Contracting Officer, via email at arowell@aoc.gov. All questions and concerns shall be submitted no later than Tuesdau, July 29, 2014 by 2:00pm. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER TO MONITOR THE FBO WEBSITE FOR ALL CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION ORINFORMATION RELEASED BY THE AOC.
