- Protestant Music Director Perforamnce Work Statement Protestant Music Director Sources Sought REQUEST FOR SOURCES Protestant Music Director Beale Air Force Base, California 95903 THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICING. PLEASE DO NOT SEND QUOTATIONS, AS WE ARE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. The 9th Contracting Squadron located at Beale Air Force Base, California, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to provide service of Protestant Music Director at the Beale AFB Chapel, located at 6199 C Street, Beale AFB, CA 95903. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for further description of the requirement. Changes may be made to the PWS in any resulting Request for Quote. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, etc.) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110 for Individual and family social services, multi-purpose. The Standard Industry Code for this procurement is 8661. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $7.5 Million annual revenue. The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award. This contract will be comprised of a base year with four (4) option years. The performance period for the base year will be from 1 September 2014 -- 30 August 2015. The four option years periods of performance will be 1 September 2015 -- 30 August 2016 (option year one); 1 September 2016 -- 30 August 2017 (option year two); 1 September 2017 -- 30 August 2018 (option year three); and 1 September 2018 -- 30 August 2019 (option year 4).
