- General Location Map Map # 1 Solicitation Document The Federal Government has a requirement for aerial application of Grass Seed as described in the solicitation, for approximately 740 acres on the Santa Fe National Forest, Coyote Ranger District, Diego Fire BAER, in Coyote, NM. The Government anticipates award of a single Firm Fixed Price contract. The awarded contract shall constitute the entire agreement including all terms and conditions applicable to the contract. The contractor must be registered in SAM.gov (formerly the Central Contractor Registry - CCR) at the time the solictation is due in order to be considered for award.
