- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for fuel contract Physical Support Branch, Maintenance and Repair unit, request the award of a contract for the purchase of 10,000 gallons of #2 off-road diesel fuel. The Maintenance and Repair unit will be operating heavy equipment in mechanical dredging operations at various locations between Wabasha, MN and Lansing, IA. This contract is to supply fuel for the Crane Barge Wade and attending plant. Scope of Work Purchase of 10,000 gallons of #2 off-road diesel fuel. Fuel delivery shall be smaller quantities of 1,000 to 4,000 gallons Delivery will have to be coordinated with the onsite supervisor, Chris Stai, 612-790-2675. Fuel delivery should start after 28-July-2014 and total amount must be delivered by 5-September-2014 Delivery location Information: Fuel may be delivered to the following locations: Wabasha, MN Lock and Dam No. 4 in Alma, WI Lock and Dam No. 5 in Minnesota City, MN Fountain City, WI Winona, MN Trempealeau, WI Lock and Dam No. 7 in Dresbach, MN Lock and Dam No. 8 in Genoa, WI Lansing, IA Fuel delivery must be coordinated with on-site supervisor, Chris Stai, 612-790-2675.
