- The two (2) internal options that need to be activated are the P25 test and the tracking generator. The government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed priced contract to Aeroflex Corporation This procurement is commercial item IAW FAR Part 13. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit inquiries or request for information to elizabeth.groncki@navy.mil or by phone at 951-393-4354 THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 FOR THIS PROCURMENT ACTION. INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT, OR SUBMIT CAPABILITY STATEMENTS.
