- Notice to offerors PWS Solicitation The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform medical and animal wastes collection, transportation and disposal services at Bldg 1042-2 (VETS) and Bldg 704-1 (MEDDAC-J) Camp Zama, Japan in accordance with applicable Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law (Law No. 137 of 1970, Haikibutsu no shori oyobi seisou ni kansuru houritsu), the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD) or required to meet the standards in this contract as well as Chapters 8 of Japan Environmental Government Standards (JEGS), applicable prefecture's regulations, and any other laws/regulations applicable to these services, and prefectural regulations. The contractor shall possess all applicable licenses as required paragraph 1.1.10 of the PWS.Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
