- PDF file with J&A The U.S. Department of State Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Section at the U.S. Consulate Jerusalem (INL/J), in partnership with the United States Security Coordinator (USSC), is implementing the Palestinian Authority Security Sector Transformation Program which is now transitioning to a longer-term institutional development focus with an emphasis on maintaining and sustaining Palestinian Authority (PA) capabilities. The PASF are capable organizations that can perform their assigned missions, but are in need of specialized, advanced tactical and crisis management training for select units and individuals. Such training will be the logical extension of the PASST program. Such specialized Training will, in part, address training gaps that have been identified by INL/J and USSC, and are consistent with PASF Mission Essential Tasks.
