The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 15 each up to 75 each maximum of a SET GAGE LEAD EDGE; NSN: 4920-01-234-2179; Part Number: 21C7784P01 applicable to the BF UH-60 Turbine Engine (T-700). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 15 each, 97 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, 17070-5002. This item is restricted to UNITED INDUSTRIES INC., Cage Code: 15941 and Rhinestahl Corporation, Cage Code: 62340.This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the PROCUREX system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
