- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13. The Federal Transit Administration, 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE, Washington DC 20590, has a requirement to procure the following items: # Qty Part # Description 1 2 3 1 5 10 T6470AAE-USA-R T6480AAE-USA-R TA333AAE-USA-R HP QC Ent Site 5 CC Usr Pk SW USA 9x5 Maint Renewal HP QC Ent Site CC Usr SW USA 9x5 Maint Renewal - HP FT Site CC Usr SW USA 9x5 Maint Renewal Period of Performance: 09/22/2014 - 09/21/2015 The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source Purchase Order to Spectrum Systems, Inc. Spectrum is an authorized provider of HP software support through HP's ASMP-S program. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423430. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the government. All responses received within Fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Time, Thursday, August 7, 2014. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
