- SPM is a project that will upgrade and consolidate six DOI bureau asset management programs to Maximo version 7.5.0.3 in a cloud-hosted environment. These six bureaus include: Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), National Park Service (NPS), and U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Maximo is the standard enterprise solution that supports the Departments maintenance management mission. The SPM will replace the multiple bureau asset management platforms with a cloud based platform with individual schemas offering consolidated licensing, maintenance and support of the application and hosting environment.
