- Supply and installation of Cellular Amplification Equipment. Visit the following links: 1. Please note that we have released the solicitation for the requirement for the supply and installation of Cellular Amplification Equipment at the American Embassy official residences. 2. The anticipated performing will be one time. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. 3. The due date of the submission of the proposal is September 10, 2014 @ 1700 Saudi Arabian time. 4. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firmfixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS is 517919-all other communication services. The procurement will be procured as unrestricteded. 5.
